Motif Health is an AI-powered health coaching app that connects to your wearable devices, collects your health data, and provides personalized training recommendations.

You grant Motif Health a worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable license to access, collect, store, process, analyze, and use all health and fitness data from your connected devices for the purposes of providing, improving, and developing the service. This includes:

• Full access to all data from connected devices (Garmin, Oura Ring, and any future integrations)
• The right to process your data through AI and machine learning systems
• The right to derive insights, trends, and recommendations from your data
• The right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our algorithms

4. Not Medical Advice

Motif Health provides fitness coaching and wellness insights only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before making health decisions.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all your stored data.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
