• Heart rate, HRV, SpO2, respiration, stress, and body battery readings
• Sleep stages, duration, efficiency, scores, and temperature deviations
• Activity and workout data (type, duration, distance, pace, elevation, training effect)
• Daily summaries (steps, calories, readiness scores, recovery metrics)
• Account information (email, display name)

2. How We Use Your Data

By using this app, you grant Motif Health full and unrestricted access to all data collected from your connected devices. We use your data to:

• Analyze your health and fitness trends using AI
• Generate personalized training programs and workout recommendations
• Provide adaptive coaching based on daily readiness and recovery
• Schedule workouts on your calendar
• Improve our AI models and coaching algorithms
• Perform any processing necessary to deliver and enhance the service

3. Data Sharing

Your data is sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude API) for analysis and coaching responses. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our servers for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Your Consent

By connecting your devices (Garmin, Oura Ring, or others) and using Motif Health, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of all your health and fitness data as described in this policy.
